AbePay, operated by ABEPAY LIMITED, a company registered in Kenya ("we", "our", or "us"), runs the AbePay mobile application and websites at app.abepayy.com and www.abepayy.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

- Phone number (for mobile money transactions and one-time verification codes)
- Deriv account information
- Transaction history and amounts

- To link and verify your Deriv account

- Mobile money providers and payment processors (M-Pesa/Safaricom, MTN, Airtel and our payment partners) — to process mobile money transactions

- Deriv — to process deposits and withdrawals to your trading account
- Firebase (Google) — for authentication and data storage

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All transactions are processed over secure HTTPS connections. We never store your mobile money PIN or Deriv password.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years to comply with financial regulations in Kenya and the other countries where we operate.

AbePay is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.
